After being expertly paired by BFS with your dream coach the in-depth work will begin. Meet with your executive coach once a week, for a 1 hour-long session. Receive ongoing email and text support as you work through your challenge with the knowledge, support, and expertise of your personal coach.

After completing your intake form you will be prompted to book an hour long discovery call with the BFS team. Through this call we will dive into understanding your unique challenge so that we can pair you with the right coach for you and prep your coach in advance. This discovery call allows you to dive right in with your coach on your first call, ensuring no time is wasted in tackling your challenge.
As soon as you are connected with your coach the in-depth work will begin. You will meet with your coach for three (3) hour-long sessions each month and receive ongoing email and text support as you work through your challenge with the knowledge, support, and expertise of your coach.
