Mr. Hirsch is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer, Food & Retail Group and Co-heads the Health, Fitness and Franchise practice. He has over 13 years of investment banking and private equity experience and has successfully managed and executed multiple M&A transactions across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on companies in the health, fitness and franchise sectors. He is based in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Hirsch is also a partner of The Studio (MDR), a multi-unit boutique pilates chain based in Los Angeles as well an active investor/operator across a number of multi-unit and franchise businesses. Mr. Hirsch holds a B.A. in Psychology, cum laude, from Tufts University.
