Beth founded The Phoenix Effect, LA’s top strength, and conditioning studio, in 2015. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Tufts University. Prior to opening her own studio, she worked as a personal trainer at Boston Sports Clubs and Equinox. Before that she completed a Fulbright Scholarship in Germany and worked as a project manager at ACCION International, a microfinance company.
