Weekly Breakdown

Attendees will embark on an analysis of their current client retention metrics. By delving into key performance indicators

Then, we will shift to the sales process and the pivotal first 30 days of a client’s journey. Fitness leaders will refine their sales techniques, emphasizing personalized approaches and effective communication to build rapport. Simultaneously, strategies for enhancing the initial 30-day experience will be explored, creating a positive and engaging an environment that fosters early client loyalty and sets the stage for sustained commitment.

We will hone in on the long-term retention game plan by emphasizing quality and value in their fitness offerings. From program design to class experiences, fitness leaders will explore ways to consistently exceed client expectations.
