YOUR OPERATIONS INSTRUCTOR
Chris Beer is a Fractional Integrator for companies running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System, or EOS®.
After years of working in finance and as a consultant for small businesses, Chris saw firsthand how a solid foundation is imperative to scaling a business. However, many companies, particularly early-stage companies, often lack access to the operational expertise needed to create the right foundation for growth. That sparked a desire within Chris to be that person who helps big visions come to life. As the “Wizard of Ops™,” Chris is engaged by organizations to work in the business to help leadership teams achieve scalable growth through her expertise in operational efficiency and change management, all while relying heavily upon the tools of the EOS®. Her life’s passion is to share ways to enjoy “Better Living Through Systems.”
