Chris Appiah

Founder

The Sales Arms

Chris began working with CycleBar in their Version 1 model when franchisees quickly realized that there was no sales process in place for success. Chris was brought on to do just that – create a successful sales process for 3 New Jersey studios. It is that experience that sparked the idea to start The Sales Arms.

To build a successful studio, you must be able to follow up with every opportunity that comes through your door without prospects falling through the cracks. When you partner with The Sales Arms, your lead follow-up happens everyday.

The services of The Sales Arms allow franchise business owners and their managers to focus their efforts on delivering the best in-studio experience. Franchisees can sleep well knowing that the back end of the business, where most studios fall short, is always running at the highest level.

At home in New Jersey, Chris manages his team at The Sales Arms where he teaches them the best practices for sales and high level lead and member management skills.

Before Chris dedicated himself full-time to The Sales Arms, he was the VP of Sales for the largest franchisee in the Xponential Fitness organization and played a pivotal role in reviving failing CycleBar studios across the country.

Chris has over 10 years of sales experience in the fitness industry. He started as a Membership Sales Specialist and then became a Sales Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager, Vice President of Sales before he founded The Sales Arms. He continues to travel the country and evaluate different markets so he can execute sales efforts across various demographics.

Having worked in so many aspects of fitness (Boutique, Big Box Commercial, Corporate Wellness, Personal Training and Amenity Management), Chris has seen all aspects of the business.
